Did you tell from the edge color of the leaf on the right?I would say without knowing anything about the plant that it is staying a little too wet and is showing the beginnings of a nutrient deficiency
Yes, there are holes, but they do not drain very well, because the plastic lid I use as the saucer plate at the bottom is flat.I assume you have holes on the bottom for drainage? probably a silly question but you never know lol
A quick edit to mention it is also a good idea when using stuff like that cup to keep it raised a bit off the flat surface or even with holes in the bottom the moisture will still sit.. kind of like wrapping something in plastic wrap. I always use trays for my seedlings that rise the bottom a bit from the bottom of the tray.

I think the plant is wax gourd.
Probably because my wife threw a seed in there and forgot about it.
