Please help me identify these 3 house plants

Snake plant also called Mother in laws tongue (Sanseveria), Croton, and Bromeliad - top to bottom.

The top one is sansevieria laurentii ( mother in law tongue, snake plant), the next one is croton (codiaeum) petra and the last one is definitely a bromeliad but not sure which one. I think it's neoregelia. I'm sending a photo of my bromeliad and sansevieria but they aren't the same ones that you have. The bromeliad looks similar but not the same one. Mine needs some TLC. I started with a smallish sansevieria snake plant last July and I'ved turned it in to about 10 of them. I cut off one of the long spearish leaves (is it a leaf?). I cut the long spear into about 5 sections and stuck them in a pot and each slice shot out a new baby snake plant.
