Hello All,

I mowed my grass last week and these green thick shoots have sprang up. They grow really quickly. I'm wondering if I have grass or something else?

I took the first two pictures in the morning and now these yellow heads have popped up all over the place. How do I get rid of the yellow heads are these yellow heads weeds? My aim is to have nice green grass, I thinking to mow it again on Thursday, would you advise I did. Or what would you advise?

I also have these purple heads and a crawlers.

Any help will be really appreciated and Happy Easter all!!

The purple thing looks like a Hyacinth in poor shape.
That entire spot looks to be in need of help?
The grass ? Who knows
The vine ? Im not sure of the right name but that looks like the same thing I have are the leaves more heart shaped than the picture shows?

Your lawn is dead and all you have growing there is couch grass, weeds and a hyacinth. Also bindweed growing over the concrete.

The couch grass and the bindweed will need to be dug out or sprayed with a glyphosate based weed killer. If you dig them out you must remove every part of the roots or they will grow back. Glyphosate will kill most things it touches so be careful if you use it.

The lawn will have to be replaced.
