It is often that when you plant a seed it grows into something fantastic and eventually bears fruit but there are occasions when you plant something, it grows and looks beautiful but the fruit never shows up. A disappointment especially when you have waited a year for the fruit to arrive and it doesn't! how many times has this happened to you?

Some plants need to be more than a year old before you see fruit, the blueberry plant takes about two years to see fruit.

Oh really! Maybe we should wait another year for it to get some fruit because it is a great looking plant and it seems a waste that it will not have any product. Thank you I will wait a little longer

What kind of fruit is it? Pat's right, some take more than a year to become productive especially if you planted from seed.
