Plant wilting

For past week, this plant wilting and leaves fall to aide of the flower plant. I have transfer to new pot but still the leaves remain wilt. White spot at base seen. Have sprayed pesticide but to no effect. Any advice given is very much appreciated.

Im also having problem with my Bougainville plant both reddish and
white showing sign of colour deteriorating and not as colourful as before. Any advice very

much welcome. Tq

The first looks like it has died from root rot, overwatering.
The other two just looks like the flowers have sun faded.

Flowers bloom, then die and more bloom later. I would search google for : "Bouganvillia care". I haven't grown them because my climate is too cold in winter. I would say it's most likely not flowering due to improper fertilization.
