Plant disease - what is it?

THIS IS ON CRANESBILL AND Gaillardia - it seems to have affected the cranesbill more - not very pretty, leaves turning brown.
what could this be? what is the treatment? thanks

That is insect damage of some sort. In the second picture it shows spider webs which could be spider mites. I have never seen them do that type of damage though. To make sure I would spray with Neem Oil over the entire plant. If it is mites this should take care of them. But, to be on the safe side I would spray again with a spinosad based insecticide a day or two later.
