Those veggies are beautiful! I love all kinds of peppers, but red bell peppers are my favorite. Peppers are a great addition to soups, salads, meatloaf and all kinds of dishes. I also like to slice them up raw and eat them with a little sea salt on them.

Yep, peppers are a great vegetable to have going at different growth cycles to make sure you always have some available when cooking, they are an easy thing to add to almost any food for a bit more flavor. Salads, Stews, Sauces... you name it, throw a pepper in and it is better.

I do my peppers a few plants every week for 4 weeks. That gives me 4 different stages and a few plants at each stage in a very small area of the garden, but there are always ripe peppers hanging on the plants.

Houston Texas. I'm having great success with peppers and leafy greens. Struggling with tomatoes, melons, and squash.

Those are great looking peppers, I do like a good jalapeno. I'm not a huge fan of anything really spicy and I find the jalapeno has a good amount to it. I hear you about the tomatoes. My peas, onions and carrots are doing great, the tomatoes not so much. Or at least I thought so until this past weekend. I went and planted seeds instead of starter plants and thought it was a mistake but I took a gander at my garden last night and lo and behold, there they are finally peeking out from the ground. I really hope they do well from here on out. I even planted peas in a patio railing planter and they're doing amazing as well.

Wow, that's a really great harvest Aaron Koecher!:) I bet they're delicious.
Lately, I've developed an addiction to sweet peppers. I love them so much, I wish I could grow them:)
