Peace lily with brown spots

Hi! I've had a peace lily for about 5 months and over the past month, it has been developing brown patches on its outer leaves. It seems like the leaves have been paler in color as well. We've moved the plant to an area with bright but indirect sun, water well every week, and occasionally fertilize. Any suggestions?
