Pea plants

Hi guys. Any idea if there is something wrong with me pea plants in my trays. I wanted to transplant into my garden but I’m not sure now if it’s safe to do so

That is some kind of insect damage. I don't know what kind of insecticides you have where you are but spraying and killing the bugs will make it perfectly safe to plant. Much of the damage looks old so maybe the bugs have left. The plants will out grow the damage.
