Overwatering and too much nitrogen

hello
my brother made mistake to put too much nitrogene and overwatering
leaves are big fruits had big grinds and taste sour
it's been 6 months now that i dont put water on my trees ,i was thinking it might help

and also i notice there is trunk coming out on me orange tree with big leaves and curling

The branch with the big, curling leaves is just extra-vigorous. Unless you see aphids (little green bugs on the bottom of the leaves) there shouldn't be a problem.
Your tree probably needs a good soaking about once a month. The fertilizer didn't have anything to do with the taste or rind thickness. That's more an environmental thing.

A lot of rind and sour tasting sounds like a description of the Seville oranges we use for marmalade, might be a good way to use them. I start most days with home made marmalade.
