Hi folks! This is my first post and I wish to thank everyone for the opportunity to be here. I have been gardening for years but as usual, something comes up that is still new to me. I have some past edible hard boiled eggs that have been in my frig for at least 2 months. Besides throwing them out, has anyone had a similar experience and what else might they be good for?

Welcome @Wayno! You are in good company here with several fellow Texans and many skilled gardeners.

The old eggs...I'd bury them in the compost pile.

Welcome to the forum, and yes you have a fair bit of local company.
I would also bung them in the compost, probably the rat proof kitchen compost bin, but I would break the shells first, they add calcium, but they are remarkably durable.
