As a change from turkey, ham etc., we're having our "traditional" New Year's Eve meal with salad.
The packs say "serves two," but it isn't enough, you need a pack each.
I buy these in November as they sell out very quickly. They aren't cheap £12.00 a pack, (dearer than last year) but I dread to think how much a meal like this would cost in a restaurant.
We used to buy a lobster from a local fish merchant, but his supply was unreliable.
I've still two more packs in a freezer together with four of their small lobsters which were only £6 each.
