New Potatoes

We experimented by planting 4 small potatoes and we have just harvested almost 1.9kg from these.
my question is, can we eat these potatoes immediately or must we wait for a few days?

You can eat immediately, wait a few days, or store several weeks before consuming them. If storing, do not wash them off until you are ready to prepare them for eating. Enjoy!!
