New Orchard

I’m starting an orchard in Southern Arkansas and want input on blight and cedar rust resistant strains of fruit and nut trees. Also any ideas about exotic plants I could grow. For example citrus or bananas.

How about pawpaw?
Depends what your soil is like. Those trees do well in rich soil.
I wouldn’t grow them next to citrus though.
