So I'm not in New Mexico but I was curious about how people live there.

What kinds of gardening vegetables can you get to work in New Mexico? And SPECIFICALLY, are people able to do orchards in New Mexico too?

  • Asparagus and Rhubarb: These perennial vegetables are common in New Mexico gardens.

  • Kale, Collard Greens, Chards, Quelites, and Verdolagas: These greens are also available at New Mexico farmers' markets.

  • Peas and Fava Beans: These traditional staples are also grown in New Mexico.

  • Artichokes, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard greens, parsnips, spinach, and Swiss chard: These are also vegetables that can be grown in New Mexico,
