I don't think I've ever germinated seeds before and I'm not entirely sure what's going on with seedling roots

I can tell the green spots r mold

Black stuff probably mould too. White fuzz root hairs or mold?

If I planted the lot would they survive? Or containment?
Can I treat mould with diluted vinegar or would that kill the seedling.

They've been germinating in my room for like 5 days I think

What are you growing? Seeds can look pretty similar and it is hard to decide how big they are even without some comparison.
If this is something you are going to want to plant out I would try and go for more spread out than that. I can't see fungus in the photo, but seeds in a clump is a classic situation for it, they like air all around. The other thing is they will entangle and you may damage them at a delicate stage trying to separate. I have sprouted seed on tissue paper in the past, but my experience is it is usually better to put them straight in soil. Hope that's some help anyway. I envy you sprouting seeds 'down under', winter is just about to start here and things are starting to shut don in the main.

These seedlings of Corn or Maize (Zea mays) are beginning to decompose. Try salvaging the best of them, by planting them as soon as possible, either in their final spot in the garden, or in containers kept in a sunny window indoors for a few weeks, if concern for a late frost is warranted. Now is a good time in the temperate Southern Hemisphere to start seeds of warm-season crops, indoors or outdoors depending on the climate.
