Need Lavender advice. Pics included

I was deadheading early lavender blossoms. I planted these 6 days ago and waited to see new growth, to ensure they had established themselves. I noticed these discolorations on some of the leaves. Is there a problem and what can I do to fix it?

I had one night of frost between two days when it flurried but nothing stuck to the ground, and I've checked but only watered sporadically. It's been raining on and off so I tend to stick my fingers two inches down into the soil and check moisture that way. If that feels dry, I water.

Secondary note, before planting for the season I mixed in Humus and Manure into the soil. Would that have relevance here?

Lavender likes to be in fairly poor soil which is very well drained and it also likes hot sunshine. I never water the plants in my garden even during a drought. If frost is the culprit here your plants will bounce back with a little warmth, but if they are overwatered there is a danger from mould and rot. Sometimes it`s possible to kill them with kindness
