Need help, plants dont look well

I set up a grow using 2 100w LED lights, 1 cfl for a little warmth.. the temp is around 23C ... not sure what i'm doing wrong, but the tomato has some spots on it, the pepper has wrinkles on some leaves..

The tomatos need to be re-potted to a larger pot. Def looks like nutrient deficiency b/c roots are growing too fast (tomatos grow quickly). 1st off re-pot, wait a few days to a week and fertilize. The peppers seem fine for now as they are very hardy but will need re-potting soon as well.

Agree with Prophet...some could use transplanting. What kind of soil and fertilizer have you used so far?
