Need help identifying/finding please

I was recently given these by a friend but as you can see I haven't quite got enough to complete the circle (and one them is broken in half so will need to be replaced). As a complete gardening/landscape novice I don't even know what to call these so I'm having trouble even trying to find someplace where I might be able to buy another one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Cement tree border or tree ring. Do a google image search to find an identical one...does your friend know where s/he got it?
I'd call around landscaping and greenhouses in your area. Maybe even big box stores.

I seriously doubt if you will find replacements but you can make your own.
