My palm has since come back from being neglected (man they're hardy!!!) And after impressive improvements over the past year, it seems to have these strange new leaves.. leaves? I'm not sure what they are.
They're stringy with ball-like appearances down the growth. Any ideas why or what they are? There's still regular growths being produced, and these string-like growths seem to come out of mature branches, much like with the peace lily and how one flower will come out of a current leaf stem's shaft. Maybe they're the reproducing part of the plant?
Here's some pictures. I've grabbed both the original leaf and it's additional growth together. The two pics are from the 2nd and 3rd oldest leaves of its bunch.
Thanks!
