Hello All.
Forgive me for displaying my ignorance, but what are these globules I keep seeing in my potting soil (see attached photo), about 1/8 inch / 3mm in diameter?
At first I thought they might be pest eggs of some kind, but i isolated one a few weeks back in a sealed jar (on soil), kept it warm, and nothing happened.
I see them all over the place on my houseplants's soil. They are water-filled sacs, almost perfectly spherical, glossy and translucent. Mysterious.
