My thuja was not planted wide enough. What can I do?

Hello everyone. I am new here and was hoping I could get my question answered.

My landscaping guy didn’t plant my thuja green giant wide enough and therefore it is causing some problems.
What options do I have? Should I redig?

Do you mean it's too close to the fence? If so and it hasn't been in the ground too long, yes dig it up and move it.

These screening Trees as we know get very tall & wide. If you leave it planted in a tight space it will have to be kept trimmed. But, if you are looking for a more mature growth for the future. Have your landscape guy to replant it making sure to manage for the future of growth.
