I had a 5g bucket I used in the fall for feeding deer. It was a mix of corn and grains with molasses but some of it stuck to the side. Last week I filled it with composted manure to dump on a compost pile. I put the bucket back in the shed and today I noticed a bunch of what looked like grass growing on the bottom and sides of the bucket lol. It took me a while to figure out the grains stuck to it sprouted from that little bit of moist compost. Maybe this was a had to be there sort of thing but it was funny, I was completely baffled for a few minutes lol.

Just to mention I use deer feed for my trail cameras. It's for deer but I get pics of all kinds of animals that come to chow down on it lol.
