I have a Christmas Catus plant that is 2 years old. It is not growing, what should I do to get the plant to start to grow. It is not dying either just staying the same size.

Give it a very gentle fertilizing--perhaps half the recommended strength. It also might be root bound, so if you can lift it out of the pot and if you see roots going around in a circle, re-pot in a larger container with fresh soil.
I said this in reverse order :(. First check for root-bound, and if it isn't, then fertilize.

Thanks, the plant was a gift and a plant that I have never cared for. I will check the pot to see if it is pot bond.

I agree with Marlingardener, your cactus might need a fertilizer. You could also move it to a different room, maybe it will help.

Yes, it is a good idea to transfer it to a bigger pot, slightly fertilize and make sure you give it enough sunlight (and not too much, depending on the plant). Give it a bit of TLC and it will be a happy plant :)
