Very nice. Albuca concordiana (syn: Ornithogalum concordianum) is one of several, intriguing spiral-leaved Albuca. This bulb, native to South Africa and Namibia is in the Hyacinth Family (Hyacinthaceae, or alternatively, the subfamily Scilloideae of Asparagaceae). The flowers display six spreading, yellow tepals with green stripes. Another popular spiral-leaved species is Albuca spiralis. It also has flowers with six yellow-green tepals, but they differ in that the inner three remain closed, forming an swollen cone.
