Those veggies look healthy. I always enjoyed container gardening. It removes a lot of the risk factors.

Might I suggest hardware cloth stapled to the bottom of raised beds? I’ve done this on my greenhouse beds and it totally foils their attempts to get in while allowing roots to penetrate.
