my 15' tall tomato plant

I planted this tomato plant last year that grew around 15' tall. It was on my hydroponic garden system grown in perlite.

Is there any chance you can rotate the photo please? It might cause us neck injury trying to see where the plant is. Why don't you encourage the plants to concentrate their energy bearing fruits on the lower stems as well? We have always been told to pinch out the top leaves and then the top leaves and then the top leaves of the new growth! Where the plants are grown, is it shaded?
