Monstera Pest Help!

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and to plants and wanted to ask a question about my monstera. I noticed today that on the leaves are these tiny slow moving bugs - and on these leaves there has been some yellowing. After inspecting the stems I have also noticed that there are some brown marks. Which I always just thought were part of the plant. Please let me know your thoughts!

I'm not sure... could be whiteflies but hard to tell from the photo. Hopefully someone else will be able to recognise them!
