Monstera adansonii

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my Monstera adansonii - I'm trying to make it climb on a coir pole, but it doesn't grow new aerial roots or these roots are small and don't grow into the coir. Does anyone know how to stimulate aerial roots growth in this species? I'd be very grateful.

Try spraying the pole at least once day. Really soak it. The higher the light intensity the more vigorously it grows and the higher the likelihood that it will send out roots.
