It is white mold as you can see in the pictures. I have many other plants that have the same exact soil that was put in at the same time as all the others but this is only happening to my Pothos plants. I don't believe it is over watering if that could even be a cause. I will usually wait until the top soil is light/not dark, when it's dark it's still damp to water them, if anything sometimessometimes I wait too long to water them. Not even close to the point that could cause any damage though. Why is this happening only to my Pothos? They all come from the same grouping but I had to separate them because they were out growing the pot. I also don't believe it is the soil, I have used 2 different brands of potting soil and this has happened with both soils.
