Can anyone advise how to get rid of these pests that are on my pepper plants in the greenhouse... I have tried spraying with pesticides, and high pressure water but within 24 hrs the plants are covered again.
Any help is most appreciated.

Just what exactly is the insect? You must know this in order to know how to break its reproductive cycle.

Are you spraying the bottom of the leaves or just spraying the plants. If a few survive then they will multiply. Can you fumigate the place?

Mites are very difficult to get rid of and there are many varieties of mites. Many of these varieties have different reproductive cycles. some reproduce in the soil. Others by eggs on the leaves. There are different lengths of time between the eggs hatching and being laid. The only way to eradicate mites in a green house without knowing what you are trying to kill is to sterilize all of the soil, cover the greenhouse and fumigate it. Research mite reproduction and you will see what I am trying to say.
