Mickey Mouse plant deformed leaves

My mickey mouse plat in my garden started out healthy but now the leaves are coming up wrinkled and twisted. I cut them off and moved the plant to a pot but the problem is continuing.

That’s a young leaf, they are getting even more wrinkled as they grow.
