@Anniekay, The photographic reference decared it was a Yellow Mandevilla.
Ah, okay, the flower form struck me as more like Allamanda than Mandevilla or Dipladenia. I have Dipladenia in a pot at the bottom of my steps. I think they are probably using the term interchangeably since the three are all so very similar.
