Mantis Parts

New to forum. Looking for a mantis (honda) engine part that is no longer made. It is part # 400139 which is engine flange for Honda 4 stroke GX31 engine onto Mantis Tiller # 7261. I have searched all the parts suppliers on the web without luck. Called Mantis and got no help there.
Anyone have a suggetion?

I saw a gx31 engine for 19.00 dollars on ebay.
