Maidenhair Fern has tiny seed-like pods

Well hello. I noticed these tiny brown seed like pods along the stems of my indoor maidenhair. After pulling one off, I discovered a white fuzzy substance inside. Any idea of what this is and how to help?

It is called a seed, but it is not really a seed at all; it is just a normal part of a plant. There is no need to worry about it.
