I am sorry I am re-posting this again in this forum (1st posted in gardenpondforum).

I am scared, it might be dying.

I have a small water tank of size 4ftx3ftx1ft concrete pond on ground, that has 1 small water Lilly bulb, 2 lotus seedling, along with Black mollies (3 big female, 4 hybrid fry)

this is my second time trying to grow lotus from seeds, first time when I planted samething happened and the plant died.

I have not added fertilizer, sometimes change water, soil type is bit sandy.
Its a 3 months old plant(seedling)

Please help!

If you put 8 to 10 inches of water over your Lotus they will have to expand a lot of energy to reach the surface. The water will also be too cold for them. If you put 3 to 4 inches, you will get fat, happy, chunky, plump Baby Lotus that are strong and tough.
