Los Angeles Landscape Plant Identification

Hi! Can anyone please help me identify these unique looking plants for a landscape in Los Angeles? I am very much drawn to their colors and textures. Thank you!

#2 is Leymus condensatus ‘Canyon Prince’.
1 and 3 could be Acacias or an Acacia and a Grevillea. Close-ups of the foliage would help.
