Lemon Tree leaf - pest identification

New to this forum
I need help identifying the issue with my lemon tree. It’s been very healthy all these years but since last year the leaves are always going crinkly
I have sprayed it with anti fungal n with pest oil but so far not much improvement
I don’t think this is just curly leaf miner, maybe some mineral deficiency??

I feed it with cow manure n with a complete lime tree food.

New buds come but usually drop off quickly

Hopefully the pictures will give you all a better idea

Appreciate your inputs in finding exactly what this is so I can take the right remedy

All I see is insect damage; leaf miner, aphid, possibly psyllid. Spray when you start to have a new flush of growth. Use neem or pyrethrin.

Thx, i hv started spraying with Eco oil n Confidor, will do it every 2 weeks n see how it progresses

If you remove the crinkly leaves you can tell if what you’re doing is working.
