I drank some Lemon Balm and Spearmint in my water yesterday I slept real good last night.

I planted Lemon Balm in my Herb bed after finding out it is in the Mint family and will spread but it seems many Herbs spread.

Lemon Balm has many benefits one of them being it will help you sleep if you drink a cup of Tea before bed.

I just ordered 2 packs of seed finding I only needed one.

It is a perennial that is very fast growing.
