Leaves Curving Inward

Plant: Green Bell Pepper
Date: 5-11/20 - 5/22/20
Issue: Leaves curving inward while also showing some small dead yellow areas.

Question: What is this and how do I fix it?

It was aphids. Got rid of them by wiping or spraying the leaves of the plant with a mild solution of water, a pinch of cayenne, and a few drops of dish soap. Soapy water should be reapplied every 2-3 days for 2 weeks. Source: https://tinyurl.com/yd52vmbc
