Ohh I love squash and zucchini. I run it through my zoodler. Saute mushrooms, tomatoes, red peppers, and onion in some olive oil then add the zoodles to the mix to saute for just a second. Then top with artichoke hearts, some parmesian cheese and olives.
Ugh now I'm hungry!
