Jasmine care question

I have 2 kinds of jasmine

1) night blooming jasmine (pot)
2) Arabian jasmine (ground)

I want it to bloom all year round so I can enjoy its fragrance if possible

How many times a year to fertilize and add compost please?

I can't think of any plant that blooms all year round Andy. They need a dormant period to recover from producing flowers and seeds.

yeah I just want to extend the blooming period as much as possible so that’s why I’m interested in knowing how often to feed fertilizer and add compost per year to prolong the blooming period as much as possible. Thanks

It's not possible to extend the flowering period. All plants have a natural period of time in which they flower, feeding them won't make any difference to that length of time but may encourage more flowers.
