Hello friend, looks like that pot is holding too much water. The soil looks too wet and the tree is planted too deep. If you very gently bend the tips of the stems you can see if they break or bend. If the stem breaks it dead if it bends it alive. Cut the water and remove the soil from the base of the plant. When it rains move the plant under a canopy or shed until its recovers.
It may be the stress of the repot that is slowing it down. It does look like it is simply dormant and not dead.
Was it watered immediately before the pictures were taken? That could give the impression of a super-soaked soil.
