My daughter planted a Jerusalem Artichoke last summer but it never sprouted. I didn’t have the heart to tell her I dug it up and threw it in the garbage.

.......5 days later.....It took FOREVER (by a gardeners timetable) to emerge but seems to be growing fast....STILL waiting for others to show up.
