Issue with cantaloupe -please help-

I’m not sure what going on with my cantaloupe, but they’re turning yellow. From what I’ve been reading, they may be drowning? It’s been raining a lot in the area. Very heavy. So I haven’t been watering it any extra. They’re also below a tree that seems to be very sappy. Ive found a few leaves with sap on them. Not sure what that effects or what to do. Any recommendations or does anyone have any idea what might be going on with them? All advice welcome and if there are any more questions, I’d be happy to explain more.

It looks like a pollination problem. The melon did not get pollinated, so it didn't grow.

@Tjohn is correct about the non-pollination. Also in the last picture is looks like too much water. Tree sap will not hurt anything except your clothes

Too much water was my guess, the last picture can show it's a bit dry.

I have quite a few melons that grew larger. But a couple of them are stunted :/

The last picture shows darkening stems and dark green floppy leaves, a sign of too much water.

You can do nothing or you can remove it. It will soon fall off anyway.
