Is this Lucky Bamboo Alive?

I found it in a dumpster (don’t worry I thoroughly cleaned it and checked for pests) and really want to revive it. The leaves were all completely droopy so I cut almost all of them off. I actually have no idea what plant it is but I think it might be a lucky bamboo? If anyone can identify/tell me if it looks alive I would appreciate it!

Scratch the bark and see if there is any greenish color. If not it is dead
