Have an Oleander, it’s winter in Canada so it’s inside.
It was fine all summer until I brought it in. And it’s dropping leaves and the tips always turn brown. It’s in a corner with an east and south window and a grow light over head. I really hope it’s not.. I suspect it is

Thank you! I appreciate it. Odd I only water once a week. Guess that’s too much lol.
It's possible, but doubtful, that it is underwatering. You can find out by removing the plant and soil from the container to check and see how wet the soil is in the plant's root zone. Oleanders do not like overly moist soil, so, the container must have GOOD drainage. They prefer it on the dry side. They are also prone to root rot if they stay too wet for too long. I would let the plant dry out and the next time you water, water with 3 parts hydrogen peroxide to one part water. This will help with any root pathogens.

Much obliged. My water prob thing says it’s 7-8 out of 10 and the card I got with the reader says they like 7. I will let it dry out completely and take your advice. Hope I didn’t kill it

Tip burn is mostly from excess nutrient exposure that comes from over-watering. The only way to know for sure is to gently tip the plant out of the container on water day before you water. IF the soil is wet, wait if the soil is extra dry then maybe yon need to add another watering day in the week. Don't be afraid to look and any plants root system for the best water management
