This has sprung up out of nowhere and to my eyes it looks a bit like JK. Any thoughts?

Wrong shaped leaves for Japanese knotweed. Leaves should make a zigzag pattern up the shoots and these don't.
Looks like enchanter's Nightshade to me, but possibly not.
