Please help, I think it is, and I have spent all weekend removing plants... but came across an old 'skeleton' from last year that has made me wonder as I can't see anything similar in search results.
It has definitely spread everywhere so I think it is pretty invasive... just want to be 100%. We renovated the old pond and it could have come from dormant seeds in the sludge that was placed on the banks.... but I think the himalayan balsam seeds are only good for 18mths. Trying to work out where it has come from!
