Don't recognize it, where do you live?

In the bottom pic it looks like a flower bud is starting. If I see something interesting that I don't recognize I wait and see if it will become pretty, then I keep some around. To me "weeds" are annoying or invasive, if it's a wild plant I like I try not to kill them all. I have a lovely stand of Dame's rocket in my side yard. Technically a "weed" but it has gorgeous pink flowers mid-summer, so I let it flower each year, then it gets mowed down.

I scavenged them. I think I remember them flowering. I am starting a little flower planter on my back porch and am using the fllowers that survived the winter to get it going.

I will post again if they do anything
